On 27th July, I asked Applewood why one of my box never arrive to my warehouse delisted status saying it’s delivered. Applewood replied not so long after saying item is damaged during delivery and will resend a new one. It took applewood a week (and countless inquiries) to update me with a new delivery tracking. I asked to change address, and till today Applewood continue to ignore me. The latest tracking delivery given, Applewood said it will be posted out within one day after message sent. But until today I checked tracing and it still hasn’t go out. So will Applewood continue to ignore my message without sorting this out? Because if not I request for refund. If Applewood does not post or refund my money by tomorrow (Tuesday 16th August), I will put all of our conversations online, highlighting Applewood confirmation that you damaged my box and were supposed to resend but continue to ignore me until today. This is my last warning.
