I have a concern regarding my Order / Package.

I was from the other country, so to lessen my shipping fees, I rented Korean Address so that all of my Parcel / Order from korea must be delivered there.

Now regarding my order 20220216-0002037, it was delivered last February 23, 2022 to my Korean Address (Note: The Korean Address I rented is not opening the parcel they will ship it to us without unboxing it.), I just received my parcel today, and upon checking I didn't get the General Sale Benefit PVC Photocard Set.

Is it possible if you will give me the Benefit Photocard since that was also the reason why I buy extra album.
