Good day, our items arrived in the Philippines today and saw that there are missing albums was this order delivered because according to our consol the number of albums arrived under that tracking number is only 4(Blue) and 7(green). Today was just the time we were able to first handedly check the number of the albums and some of it was missing, may I ask your company to check on this order number if this was delivered or not? also why are the albums shipped under once tracking number when we payed for the shipping fee separately?
